Little Bo Peep is from a Victorian era nursery rhyme. she is a shepherdess looking for her flock. She was also a character in the Toy Story movies. A Tiny Bo Peep child Costume is a great choice for toddlers or Tiny girls.

First you must choose a hat. You can choose from several different styles. If you are making a Little Bo peep toddler costume you could use a bonnet. These are easily found at thrift stores. If the kid is older you could select to make a hat yourself using either a straw hat or a fancy frilly hat left over from Easter. To make the straw hat simply wrap ribbon that matches the dress, using a hot glue gun to glue it into place. Use a Huge piece of ribbon to go across the top, glue it onto the top of the hat, leaving it hang down on both sides so that you can tie it under the neck.
Traditionally a childrens Tiny Bo Peep costume is a blue and white dress, but you don’t have to go with this color, any pastel colored dress will do to tend your flock. The dress should have puffy sleeves and a full skirt. A dress with a hoop skirt would be ideal. If the dress you have doesn’t have a corset you can put an apron over the dress and that will work just fine. Pantaloons, a petticoat or crinoline slip should be worn under the children dress. If you don’t have pantaloons you could use white sweat pants with frilly lace added to the hem. White knee socks or ankle socks should be worn. Patten leather or any other dress shoes will complete the outfit.
For the shepherds hook you can either purchase a Huge candy cane from the store and paint it to match the outfit, or you can make one yourself out of cardboard tubes. To make one out of leftover paper towel tubing, tape the tubes together and fashion a hook for the top. Cover the hook totally in white electrical tape and tie a bow that matches the dress to the top of the hook. Its accessories like this that'll complete your Little Bo Peep child costume.
